Sorry to hear that y'all are having bug logging into your account. If you have non already done this, become alee and go through the support article "Error 87DD0006 occurs when y'all try to sign in to Xbox Live on Xbox One." If this is not working then information technology could be related to the Active Service alarm.

Requite it a little time and only bank check dorsum on the Xbox Alive Condition Folio to run into when the effect has been resolved.

I am also having problems with the sign in and the games I already purchased and I am getting really mad with this information technology was working fine this afternoon. I have been with Microsoft for over 7 years and I think this is the most bug that I accept seen in the 7 years that I had an Xbox live account
